Displaced women have the right to live and integrate in the societies to which they<\/p>\n

were displaced to, so the project “The Damascene Woman is Idlib\u2019s Girl” was for<\/p>\n

women who were displaced from the areas of Damascus and its countryside to Idlib<\/p>\n

with the aim of integrating them into the Idlib society and opening job opportunities<\/p>\n

for them and their contribution. Also, to help transfer their experiences to the<\/p>\n

women of Idlib and vice versa as well. The project targeted approximately 200<\/p>\n

women with a number of courses, including weaving, hairdressing, cooking,<\/p>\n

accessories making, and secretarial courses. In addition, this program gave these<\/p>\n

women the chance to communicate with other displaced women and exchange their<\/p>\n

experience with one another.<\/p>\n

The number of beneficiaries is 200 women, between 18 to 30 years old.<\/p>\n
