War Casualties (Professional Training) 2018

Zoom In opened a project to educate war victims about professions that help them

to rely on themselves in light of the lack of job opportunities for healthy people and

the marginalization of society for war victims who lost their upper or lower limbs or

both. It lasted for nearly 6 months. Some of the training included teaching the

professions of “Phone repairs – motors operation – the art of mosaic making”. After

six-month of training, the trainees were able to open shops, work there and rely on

themselves in order to support their families.

The number of beneficiaries is 55 war casualties of young men between the ages of

18 and 30 years old.
